Exchange & Return Policy

We hope you enjoy all of your purchases.  If any items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Risk-Free Returns and Exchanges.  You may exchange or return any unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.  Please contact us at concierge@boniq.com to arrange for the return.  

In most cases, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label for local Singapore orders.  Please drop off the parcel or arrange pickup within 10 days of receiving the label and we’ll process the exchange or refund.   

For damaged items, the request can be made within 15 days from the order delivery date.

In cases of damaged items, please send a photo of the damage to your concierge at concierge@boniq.com

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or you can have them converted as Boniq Store Credit and earn 5% more in value. Please be advised that Store Credit can only be used for purchasing items on our platform and cannot be converted into cash. The store credit will be valid for 1 year, and our concierge team will send a periodic reminder as the expiration closes.

We are only able to process refunds within 60 days from the purchase date due to rules from our payments provider service. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or any other in which responsibility belongs to Boniq.

Refunds will be processed and deposited within 7 to 15 days after the product returns to our warehouse.  

Only unused items can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in the original box, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached. Please notify us in advance if there’s any damage to the product or its packaging.

International Orders Returns.  You can choose to ship the package back to our warehouse using DHL with our discounted rates. Please contact concierge@boniq.com. If this option is selected at the time the return is requested, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Upon receiving and processing your return, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable.
